Learning On Campus

Daily Schedule

The Harbor School is open daily from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM for primary school students. A half day option is available for preschool students.

As is the Harbor way, teachers establish classroom communities and carefully model classroom safety routines in a supportive and caring environment. 

Staying true to our inquiry-based, differentiated learning style, students work in small groups to continue hands-on activities safely. 

Outdoor Learning

Outdoor learning and play time is scheduled throughout the day as much as possible, including specials, recess, and lunch time. Weather permitting, 30-50% of the school day may be spent outdoors.

While learning outdoors, students will use tools such as individual mats and large buckets as seats to facilitate physical spacing.

After school enrichment classes are offered outdoors for students in Kindergarten through Grade 3.
