We extend our gratitude to the nine-member Harbor School Search Committee, all of whom have agreed to volunteer their time and skills. The Committee will be chaired by Eileen Pennington, current parent and vice-chair of the Board of Trustees. Committee members are:

Dr. Kameha Bell
Kameha Bell is the current Chair of the Board of Trustees, on which she has served since 2013. She is a former President of the Parents’ Association (HSPA), and is a current parent of a first grader and child in JK, and of two Harbor graduates ’14 and ’17. She is a scientist.

Ms. Hillary Davidson
Hillary Davidson is a former trustee who was particularly active on the marketing committee, and the parent of two Harbor alumni, ’14 and ’15. She is an attorney.

Mr. Seth Fangboner
Seth Fangboner joined The Harbor School faculty in 2015 from the Washington Episcopal School. He has been the Director of the Harbor Summer Camp since 2016, and is currently teaching Kindergarten.

Ms. Caroline Kiernan
Caroline Kiernan has been a faculty member at The Harbor School since 2010. Prior to joining Harbor, she was on the faculty at Greenwich Country Day School in Connecticut. She is currently teaching second grade.

Ms. Tolu Lawrence
Tolu Lawrence is a trustee and is the co-chair of the Marketing and Development committee. She is the parent of a child in JK, and is a marketing and development professional.

Mr. Joshua Lipton
Josh Lipton is in his seventh year of service on the Board of Trustees, which included a successful tenure as Chair. He is the parent of two Harbor alumni, ’15 and ’13. Josh is an attorney.

Ms. Rebecca Ong
Rebecca Ong is an active leader in the HSPA, including serving in her second year as Class Album Coordinator. She is a current parent of a kindergartener.

Ms. Eileen Pennington
Eileen Pennington joined the Board of Trustees in 2014, and has served as the vice chair of the Board since 2016. She is a current parent of a first grader, and an alumni, ’16. Eileen works on women’s empowerment for an international non-profit and is a doctoral candidate at Georgetown University.

Mr. Eric Posner
Eric Posner is in his third year of service on the Board of Trustees, and serves as the Chair of the Finance Committee. He is the current parent of 1st grader, and is a real estate asset manager and developer.
